Alexandria Chen is devoted to creating quality handmade goods, and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to improve your experience!
Orders
Orders are processed within 1-3* business days of your order being placed. Do note that all products are ordered on demand so as to reduce unwanted product. We try to ship orders out as soon as possible. When I say "we" I'm talking about myself, a one-woman show, so I do my best to get your order out as soon as I can.
Payment
Alexandria Chen accepts all major credit cards and Paypal.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please send us an email to alexandriachen@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase including your order number. We will gladly refund you, process an exchange or offer store credit on any faulty item that was overlooked on our end. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange for items that were damaged by mail.
Gifts - we are unable to process a refund for a product you received that was gifted to you. If you did not pay for the product, we cannot refund you. However, we are happy to offer an exchange.
After we've had a chance to discuss the details of your refund or exchange, we ask that you ship your order back before the refund is processed. The shipping is at your expense.
Privacy
We respect the privacy of our customers. Your information is only used to fulfil your order, and will never be distributed to third parties.
