When will my order ship?
All in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. We try to ship orders out as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
All international packages are shipped by Registered Mail via Singapore Post (SingPost).

What is your Refund/Exchange Policy?
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please send us an email to email@example.com within 5 days regarding your purchase, including your order number. We will gladly refund you or process an exchange on any faulty item that was overlooked on our end. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange for items that were damaged by the postal service.
Gifts - we are unable to process a refund for a product you received that was a gifted to you. If you did not pay for the product, we cannot refund you. However, we are happy to offer an exchange of product in equal value.
After we've had a chance to discuss the details of your refund or exchange, we ask that you ship your order back before the refund is processed. The shipping is at your expense.

My order says it was 'delivered' but I didn't recieve it. Am I able to get a refund or a replacement?
We're so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do for packages that were never received but show that they were 'Delivered' according to your tracking information.
Do you do custom work?
I am happy to take on custom design or other projects depending on my current work load and availability. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Custom Project Request" with details of your project idea and timeline of when you'd wish to have it completed. All requests aren't guaranteed.
Do you ever license your artwork or do collaborations?
Yes. However, it does depend on timing, and the nature of the project. It's important to us that we work with companies, brands and others who align with similar values as us. Please send us an email to email@example.com with your Request, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
I'd love to carry Alexandria Chen in my boutique. Where can I find Wholesale information?

Does Alexandria Chen offer the option to sell on consignment?
Typically, we focus on Wholesale relationships and we're working towards solely focusing on that in the near future. However, we do consider consignment arrangements. Please email us at email@example.com with your Consignment Terms, and we will let you know if we feel that it's the right fit for us.
Where are your art prints printed?
We have them printed in Singapore.
